Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and produce managerial, project (managers), and employee performance reports (e.g., weekly resource utilization, multiplier/profitability, billability, sales, etc.)
Enter accounting transactions (e.g., Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, depreciation, etc)
Aged Receivables management
Data collection for Annual Overhead Audit
Set-up new projects’ contract/billing information
Maintain PTO accounting
Insurance Analysis & Renewals: Business, Auto, Workman’s Comp., Professional Liability, Key Person, Group Health, Dental & Eye, Cyber Liability, etc) and maintain portal(s)
Private sector contract administration
Assist with travel bookings/accounting
Track license/certification renewal dates and maintain licenses and certifications (Corporate or P.E. for Key Staff)
Employee on-boarding
Assist with office functions (communications, inventory, etc)
Qualification
Required
four-year accounting degree
experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint software
Accounting for professional services industry and project-based ERP software
Excel
Word
MSTeams (or equivalent)
