Responsibilities

The Training and Development Specialists supporting the Decision Support III (DS III) effort at U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) will design and implement work-related training programs to enhance individual skills and organizational performance. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing instructional materials, and delivering training sessions using various formats such as in-person workshops, virtual learning, and interactive exercises

The Specialists will evaluate training effectiveness, refine learning strategies, and ensure alignment with mission objectives and operational requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts to optimize professional development initiatives within the organization
