Responsibilities

Provide correspondence and administrative assistance to the assigned Regional Vice President in a timely manner

Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist as needed in preparation of informational reports and special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President

Apply organizational skills to provide administrative support for departmental goals and initiatives

Prepare, process, and review oral and written material

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the Regional Vice President as needed and receives incoming phone calls through the Call Center for the Regional Vice President

Required

High school diploma or GED and experience in assisting a senior executive and two (2) years' clerical and office management experience. OR Equivalent combination of education/experience

Must have a valid driver's license

Must reside within Trillium's Mid-State Region, which includes the following counties: Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, and Richmond

Must be able to travel within catchment as required

Must obtain Notary Public certification within six (6) months of hire
