Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston is a locally owned franchise seeking a bilingual Sales/Office Assistant. The role involves client care, inside sales, customer service, and various office duties in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service

Responsibilities

To insure that all potential and current customer communications are handled in a consistent and thorough manner. It requires that you build a relationship with customers in order to maintain their satisfaction
The sales calls are considered warm sales as they are incoming calls and outgoing calls to prospects who inquire quotes on our website. There is no cold calling
Manage the day to day office activities (Scheduling, monitoring cleaning teams, solving problems etc)

Required

Bilingual in English and Spanish
7 to 10 years of experience in sales, management, and/or customer service
Extraordinary people and communication skills via telephone, text and internet
Top notch grammar and verbal skills
Good computer skills
Ability to type at least 45 WPM
Rapid typing skills
