Responsibilities

Developing an understanding of business results/KPIs and owning the communication of these results as needed
Preparing statistical analyses of insurance sales, claims experience, or other key business metrics and presenting to various stakeholder groups to help drive strategic initiatives forward within the business unit
Collaborating with analysts, supervisors, and state managers throughout projects
Designing and executing monitoring plans for new product changes

Required

Must have 2+ years of Pricing or Product/State Management analytical experience in the insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field of study (Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance, or other relevant major)
Effective time management, oral & written communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
Proven analytical, mathematical, and data management skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Intellectual curiosity to learn and ability to ask insightful questions
Must live within commutable distance from our Chevy Chase, MD office and work a hybrid schedule, including working from the office at least three days per week
