Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer-centric account strategies aligned with customer business goals
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners
Influence customer requirements and solution design to maximize business value
Drive renewals, retention, and expansion across SAP’s cloud solutions portfolio
Identify opportunities to grow SAP’s footprint within existing and prospective accounts
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue outcomes
Ensure effective sales handover to implementation and delivery partners
Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and consumption
Clearly articulate the value of SAP cloud solutions and transformation journeys
Maximize customer lifetime value through adoption and value realization
Align internal SAP account teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions
Collaborate across sales, presales, services, and partners on complex engagements
Contribute to long-term strategic concepts and account planning
Independently manage large, complex accounts and initiatives
Provide regular status updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
Contribute to the enhancement of systems, processes, and go-to-market strategies

Required

Fluent French Speaker is essential
Several years of progressive experience in enterprise or cloud software sales
Strong business acumen with advanced knowledge in one or more solution areas
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and cross-country accounts
Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term customer relationships
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Experience carrying and delivering against a sales quota
