Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for MSP service initiatives, including cloud migrations, security programs, and compliance efforts

Manage projects related to Microsoft Azure, infrastructure modernization, and managed cloud services

Coordinate and support SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and vendors

Track risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation

Facilitate project meetings and executive status updates

Required

Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure

Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance

Familiarity with ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR (as applicable)

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

Strong communication and organizational skills
