Electrical Controls Engineer
InfoSight Corporation is a world leader in designing, manufacturing, and supplying custom automated equipment to various industries including steel and automotive. They have an immediate need for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer in their custom equipment group to assist with machine design, control, programming, and testing.

Responsibilities
Design of power distribution, control and safety circuitry as related to custom designed equipment
Data communications (serial, Ethernet, various PLC networks, etc.)
Assistance with Sales functions such as quote preparation and cost estimating
Assistance with R & D group with regard to new inventions and products
Hands-on testing of equipment during in-house startup, testing and debug
Meetings and interface with customers at customers’ site and/or at InfoSight. This includes domestic (and on rare occasions international) travel
Meetings and interface with vendors as required for proper component selection and supply
Other functions as required to design and supply quality equipment within budget and within delivery requirements
The above includes the design of: Equipment electrical schematics, Panel and enclosure layouts, Bills of Materials, PLC programming, Support documentation (manuals; instructions, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in CAD drafting (AutoCAD preferred)
PLC programming
Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, etc
Valid driver's license and passport
