Responsibilities
Be a founding member of DoorDash’s Healthcare team, as the team grows you will be one of the original teammates on the ground floor!
Independently lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to contract close
Go deep with prospects to understand their biggest challenges and partner cross-functionally to design custom solutions that meet their needs
Work cross-functionally with our Strategy & Operations, Product, Engineering and Legal teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the healthcare space in roles including sales, commercial growth, business development, partnership management or account management
Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting through close
Bachelor's degree
Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
Experience navigating complex conversations and building long-term consultative relationships with healthcare executives
Gritty, willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful and move the business forward
Comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of building internal consensus
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
