Responsibilities
Manage an indirect team of consultants across Mercer’s Health, Wealth & Career practices in the Carolinas/VA region
Develop and execute the overall market business plan that aligns with sales and growth strategies for the Zone and Region
Empower local growth teams to adapt and execute strategic plans, supporting Office Practice Leaders (OPLs) and consulting teams in generating revenue
Lead client growth planning and execution to ensure retention and capitalize on expansion opportunities
Engage regularly with clients to enhance satisfaction and gather insights on industry priorities
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in a consulting environment with a proven track record of generating revenue through new client acquisition
Experience managing and developing a team of consulting professionals
Strong sales and marketing skills with effective communication abilities
Prior client management and growth experience required
Prior leadership/management experience required
Preferred
Knowledge of Career, Health, & Wealth service areas
A commitment to professional development and a desire to create impactful solutions for clients and communities
Experience in partnering with sister companies to enhance market presence and service offerings
