They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join their Convertibles team, responsible for conducting credit analysis and supporting the management of convertible bond investments.

Responsibilities

Conduct credit analysis for convertible issuers across all sectors and support the integration of credit insights into convertible strategies

Build and maintain detailed financial models, scenario analyses, capital structure reviews, and covenant analyses

Evaluate business quality, competitive positioning, management strength, and industry dynamics

Stay current on market trends, macroeconomic factors, and sector developments impacting the convertibles book

Track portfolio company performance, liquidity, covenant compliance, and upcoming catalysts

Monitor portfolio risk exposures and recommend adjustments where appropriate

Partner with trading, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

Develop and refine an investment framework under the mentorship of the Portfolio Manager

Required

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
