BioTissue Ocular is seeking an Area Vice President, Ocular Sales - West who will be responsible for delivering on revenue metrics, talent management, and sales rep development while adhering to the company's values. The role involves effective communication of strategy, training and managing sales personnel, and building relationships with industry stakeholders.

Provide training for new employees or to existing employees as needed

Carries out all supervisory responsibilities in a fair, consistent, and respectful manner and in accordance with the organization’s CORE values

Increase the Company’s territory coverage and network, engage, and participate with industry organizations

Ability to develop professional relationships with Distributors, Contractors, and C-communities to facilitate the introduction of our products, values, and future

Extensive knowledge on contract negotiations, familiarity with GPO an IDN account

Bachelor s degree required
