Responsibilities
Performs comprehensive client-specific experience analysis to provide appropriate rates based on risk assessment and evaluation of smaller or less complex cases
Works with fellow underwriting team members through underwriting peer review process
Advises and provides guidance to sales and other internal customers on the underwriting rationale
Qualification
Required
0+ with Bachelor's degree
Candidates with proven related experience may be considered for this position. One year or more of experience in underwriting or a related field
Intermediate communication skills, written and verbal
Intermediate mathematics knowledge
Candidate/ employee must be detail-oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Current Dental Terminology ('CDT') codes and dental nomenclature
