Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for the PAC‑3 development program
Advise program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions on contractual strategy and risk
Conduct negotiations and manage contract terms, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with customers and internal/external audit teams to resolve contractual issues and address performance concerns
Generate contractual data reports and support training initiatives on contract practices

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for the PAC-3 development program
Advise program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions on contractual strategy and risk
Conduct negotiations and manage contract terms, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with customers and internal/external audit teams to resolve contractual issues and address performance concerns
Generate contractual data reports and support training initiatives on contract practices

Preferred

Prior experience within a Lockheed Martin Finance and Business Operations organization is highly desired
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
Ability to influence positive business outcomes with fact reason, and the ability to convey the company's positions both orally and via exceptional writing skills
Exceptional bearing and professionalism for face-to-face negotiations with U.S. Government Customers (both Military and civilian)
Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships
