Responsibilities
Serve as a finance business partner to functional and revenue leaders
Lead annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and multi-year planning
Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
Partner with Accounting/GL to ensure accurate revenue and expense reporting
Support automation and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
5+ years of finance or FP&A experience
Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Prior people management experience or interest in developing others
Preferred
Familiarity with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite is a plus
