Responsibilities
Determine and discern detailed requirements on small-to-mid scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
Update project management plan to reflect authorized project changes
Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project risk
Assess project performance in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances
Develop and implement corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders
Establish project expectations and coordinate team members and stakeholder relationships, and communications
Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned
Actively participate in one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field with 3 years hands on experience managing small-to-mid scale projects or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Able to manage ambiguity, remain flexible while still maintaining an acute attention to detail
Prior experience facilitating meetings which includes a collaboration of multiple cross functional teams
Prior manufacturing, quality or labeling experience
Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management system
Good documentation and communication skills
Moderate understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing project plans
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strict Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
