Inside Sales Account Manager

Customer Service

Responsibilities

Balance selling skills with a customer service orientation
Become an expert in one’s knowledge of the Baudville Brands product line while possessing the ability to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members while assimilating oneself into Baudville’s culture of recognition and excellence
Maintain a high level of professionalism in daily interactions with customers, co-workers, superiors, etc
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service
Create a need/value proposition for products and service offerings with client sites
Develop/manage a territory of accounts while meeting minimum expectations for monthly sales quotas and growing existing business
Maintain a high activity of calls & talk time-determined by strengths and territory
Ability to multitask and function within Baudville’s key technology components: CRM & Order Entry Platforms
Maintain weekly account/activity reports for business reporting
Ability to meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development

Preferred

Prior customer service or business-to-business sales experience is desirable
Experience with CRM's is a plus
