The User Research Intern will gather and analyze member feedback to improve digital and in-branch experiences, supporting research planning and contributing to design and product decisions.

Responsibilities
Learn to design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights
Gain experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns
Contribute to improving member experiences by translating research findings into design recommendations or product improvements
Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams, enhancing their ability to present findings and advocate for usercentered solutions
Leave with documented case studies and research reports that demonstrate their impact and process
Help design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to improve digital banking experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design principles are applied across web and mobile platforms
Analyze feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for enhancing member satisfaction and accessibility
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in psychology, user experience, user research, human systems integration, human factors or a related field
Foundational knowledge of UX principles, wireframing tools (like Figma or Adobe XD), and basic research methods
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for working with cross-functional teams and contributing to user testing and design iterations
