Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling project activities, milestones and deliverables
Track project progress, timelines, and key performance indicators
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, maintain agendas, and document action items
Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue tracking
Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes
Prepare clear and concise project updates for stakeholder and leadership
Ensure all project delivery methodology and artifacts meet PMO standards and best practices
Serve as central communication point between team members, vendors, and stakeholders
Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
Support change management efforts by communicating project impacts and next steps
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required
3-5 years project management experience
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in strategic planning and business analysis
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Experience in risk management and mitigation
Knowledge of financial management and budget planning
Ability to travel as needed up to 20%
