Responsibilities
Conduct 4-5 mid-sized implementation projects concurrently, and/or work in tandem with more experienced staff on larger projects
Assess agencies billing requirements, EDI files, and other RCM processes, seek collaborative solutions, and prepare and present recommendations
Conduct assessments of RCM billing and reporting requirements, seek collaborative solutions, and prepare and present recommendations
Work directly with our new customers across the entire implementation life cycle
Advise on, present, and support the RCM configurations of EHR during the implementation
Responsible for translating billing/claim and payment requirements providing the customer with the most efficient RCM work flows possible
Conduct implementation billing analysis and training sessions with clients to facilitate billing configurations and workflow set-up
Resolve client inquiries, maintaining ownership through resolution
Maintain project tool updates and provide direct communication with customers via meeting agendas, minutes, and other project management tools
Qualification
Required
5 years of related work experience such as using EHR applications, or conducting software implementations, facilitating training, or medical billing systems experience
Must have at least 1-year CareLogic/Credible system configuration experience with strong billing systems knowledge
Completed the Qualifacts/Credible Certification program which includes successfully leading at least 1 Qualifacts/Credible Implementation
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record applications implementation principles and practices
Bachelor's degree in related area, or equivalent in combination of prior work or educational experiences
Comprehensive understanding of RCM functionalities in an EHR platform
Ability to synthesize knowledge of RCM systems and billing practices to collaboratively plan and carry out implementation activities
Can work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Can devise solutions based on limited information and precedents, and adapt existing approaches to resolve issues
Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure solutions are identified
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
