Responsibilities

Manage a team of up to 12 Business Development Representatives

Drive revenue growth by helping your team to exceed their monthly quota

Coach and develop reps by being an active participant on cold calls

Develop and execute call strategies for the team

Ensure that your team meets activity expectations and KPI’s on a daily basis

Actively participate in sales opportunities and provide specific and actionable feedback to your team via weekly 1:1’s

Inspire, motivate and enable individual development to promote career growth of direct reports

Maintaining a lively, high energy, competitive and cooperative team culture that is focused on results
