Sr Financial Analyst - EPMO

This role involves performing project investment analysis, preparing business cases, and collaborating with project teams to ensure sound investment decisions are made.

Responsibilities
Assist with reviewing business cases and cost and benefit estimates
Partner with project team to construct financial models based on project business cases, including NPV, IRR etc
Assist with maintaining enterprise tools for estimating project costs and benefits
Prepare monthly executive reporting related to optimizing project portfolio and return on investment
Help with enterprise adoption of new financial concepts for tracking total project spend including internal and external cost
Assist with conducting individual and comparative investment analysis on highly complex and large scale projects
Serve as a trusted financial business partner to the PM community to help bridge the gap between operational and financial processes enabling project teams to achieve their financial objectives
Assist with the design, development, and delivery of Global Project Portfolio Management (GPPM) financial process training for the enterprise
Work closely with Project Managers to assist with preparing monthly project budget/forecast and tracking actual project costs
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of financial models and tools
Proficient in process improvement and development practices
Working knowledge of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Project Costing
Interpersonal skills necessary to work well with others, and collaborate with other leaders in the organization
Problem solving, multi-tasking and decision making abilities; detail oriented
Skilled at producing executive-level reports and/or training material using Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent related work experience required
+ 5+ years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting
+ Advanced knowledge of financial models and tools such as ROI, NPV, IRR, Benefit Cost Ratio, etc. required
