Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair telecom/network equipment (routers, switches, fiber, wireless systems, telecom. small cells, etc.)
Perform site surveys, cabling, testing, commissioning, integration, RF testing and troubleshooting of network issues
Support upgrades, service restoration, and preventive maintenance activities
Document all work performed and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time project delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Field Technician in telecom or networking
Knowledge of wireless (LTE/5G), fiber, or ISP environments
Hands-on experience with tools, test equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel within Nebraska
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
