Build a professional portfolio with real-world projects like marketing materials, social media graphics, and branded content
Gain hands-on experience using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and working within brand guidelines
Develop collaboration, communication, and time management skills by working with cross-functional teams
Exposure to the financial services sector helps interns understand how design supports business goals and member engagement
Connect with professionals in marketing, design, and communications, which can lead to future job opportunities
Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates
Support brand consistency across all visual communications. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
Prepare and edit graphics for web and print using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Help maintain the digital asset library and organize design files
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus
Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ability to communicate ideas effectively
Ability to collaborate with marketing and communications teams, take feedback, and iterate on designs
A portfolio showcasing design work, including school projects or freelance work
A passion for people, innovation, and growth
