Responsibilities
Prepare and review periodic fund financial statements and capital account reporting
Assist with NAV calculations, investor allocations, and waterfall models
Coordinate with third-party administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
Maintain internal records and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Support year-end audit and tax processes for multiple fund structures
Assist in enhancing accounting processes, systems, and controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, legal, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or similar)
Strong interest in Fund Accounting (do not need previous funds audit experience)
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA-track preferred but not required
