Responsibilities

Assist with creating and supporting volunteer activities

Assist with gathering volunteerism content for internal and external OneAZ social media platforms and intranet

Support the planning and execution of community engagement initiatives and special events

Conduct research on potential corporate and community partnership prospects

Help prepare presentations, outreach materials, and reports that highlight community impact and partnership results

Track and organize partnership data, volunteer hours, and event participation metrics

Collaborate with internal departments to align community engagement efforts through promo items, t-shirt distribution, and branding elements

Assist in drafting communication pieces such as newsletters, social media posts, and partner updates

Participate in meetings and provide administrative support to the Community Relations and Partnerships team

Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner during community events and partner interactions
