Answers questions, provides information, and sells: Tickets
Tours
Memberships
Process payments and ticket distribution
Provides exceptional customer service to guests
Assist with events or other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn/use web-based computer ticketing system (Tessitura)
Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email
Work independently and with a team
Handle cash and payments
Ability to remain calm during peak times and higher customer volume
Stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
Previous Tessitura experience
Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English
