Responsibilities
Develop systems for collecting and reporting program data, including:
Number of individuals served and types of services received
Employment and housing status
Physical health measurements and lab results
Diagnoses, mental health outcomes, and substance use characteristics
Collect and report data relevant to Certified Community Behavioral Health programs
Analyze, interpret, and communicate findings for quality improvement and public reporting
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of program outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to support compliance, data integrity, and program evaluation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of related experience in program administration, behavioral health, or data management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with reporting systems, quality improvement processes, and data analysis
Ability to handle sensitive health information with confidentiality and accuracy
Proficiency in computer systems, spreadsheets, and data management tools
