Responsibilities
Being present on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams with day-to-day quality questions and problem solving
Conducting GMP inspections and walkthroughs, identifying issues early and helping drive practical solutions
Coordinating and supporting customer complaint investigations, working cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actions
Helping resolve deviations and nonconformances by partnering with operations, maintenance, and quality colleagues
Supporting a regional quality team, gaining exposure to multiple production sites and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years' experience in quality assurance
Strong understanding and background in SAP
A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how processes work and how to improve them
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with production teams
Comfort working in a GMP manufacturing environment and on the production floor
Preferred
PCQI Certification is a bonus
