Program Manager (Mental Health) - Women's Residential Living Environment
The Edinburg Center is a community-based organization committed to providing innovative services for individuals with mental illness and related challenges. They are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead a residential program for women with serious mental health issues, ensuring trauma-informed and recovery-based support while overseeing daily operations and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a Group Living Environment for adult women with mental health conditions
Ensure all services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in recovery principles
Provide clinical supervision and lead a team of Recovery Counselors in delivering evidence-based care
Coordinate, document, and monitor therapeutic interventions, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards
Collaborate with families, community providers, and internal teams to support holistic, individualized care plans
Serve as a role model and mentor—fostering a team culture of empathy, growth, and resilience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within 3 months of hire
Preferred
Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring substance use disorders
Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as: DBT, CBT, Illness Management & Recovery, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, SBIRT, Stages of Change, and Housing First models
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
