Responsibilities
Maintain reliable performance of all systems and networks in alignment with health system technology strategy
Provide end user support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical problems as directed by local leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and other departments to resolve incidents and deliver effective solutions
Install and configure devices such as access points, routers, and other hardware to support workplace productivity based on organizational priority
Adhere strictly to established health system protocols and security standards
Emphasize responsive customer service and technical expertise to ensure a seamless and secure user experience
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 year in desktop/end-user support, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge on Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common healthcare applications
Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
