Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for broadcast studios and remote users
Troubleshoot studio, hardware, software, network, and audio-related issues
Support and maintain broadcast and IT infrastructure, including cabling and equipment installs
Monitor systems, review logs, and escalate issues when needed

Required

5+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, broadcast operations, or a related environment (flexible for strong candidates)
Comfortable supporting Windows-based systems, hardware, software, and basic networking issues
Experienced working directly with users in studios or remote environments
Able to troubleshoot issues by logging into device interfaces and identifying root causes (network, software, hardware)
Hands-on and adaptable: comfortable running cables, installing hardware, documenting systems, and supporting physical infrastructure
Open to flexibility for occasional early morning, night, or weekend coverage as part of a rotating 24/7 schedule
