Identify potential strategic partners to increase European participation in ASTM’s technical committees and advance broader utilization of ASTM standards, services and initiatives
Identify linkages in areas such as policy, education and training, research and development, standardization, proficiency testing and certification
Map potential outreach targets at standardization organizations, universities, research facilities, trade associations, companies, and think tanks across Europe
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a related Bachelor's degree program as a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited College or University
Excellent writing and research skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Eligibility to work in the USA
Sound judgment
Quick learner
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Eagerness to help all teams as needed
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Basic level of curiosity about technical standards and related business issues
Ability to accept feedback
Ability to work under pressure
Frequent and close visual work at desk or computer
