Outbound Account Executive
Weave is a company that utilizes Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and improve candidate experiences. They are seeking an Outbound Account Executive who will manage the entire sales cycle, including making cold calls, setting appointments, and generating new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned opportunity to closing that opportunity
Make 50+ daily cold calls
Set appointments and complete product demonstrations with leads that are assigned
Generate new sales opportunities by soliciting referrals from assigned opportunities
Utilize Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports
Embrace proven methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience
Outbound cold calling experience
Proven success in prospecting new markets and closing new business
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficient with Salesforce, Zoom Dialer, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Team player and coachable mentality
