They are seeking a Part-Time Card Production Operator responsible for processing Medi-Cal membership cards, troubleshooting equipment, and performing quality checks in a secure production environment.

Responsibilities
Process an average of 10,000 membership cards per day in alignment with production expectations
Produce and mail initial and replacement plastic Benefit Identification Cards for enrolled Medi-Cal members
Operate card production equipment, including loading materials, downloading program files, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring proper function
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
Conduct continuous quality control checks to ensure accuracy, compliance with job specifications, and secure handling of all materials
Prepare completed cards for mailing and ensure all outgoing materials meet production and quality standards
Log, track, report, and securely destroy undeliverable cards in accordance with established procedures
Handle confidential data following established security protocols and departmental guidelines
Maintain organized workflows and complete all assignments on schedule with high-quality output
Collaborate with team members while also independently managing workload in a high-volume, secure production environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a secure, high-volume production environment
Proficiency with PCs and standard applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and adjust settings as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
Preferred
Experience operating automated inserting or card production equipment strongly preferred
