Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution

Evaluate claims, establish case strategy, and guide paralegals in preparing demand packages

Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters

Conduct and oversee initial intake calls with potential new clients

Supervise and mentor pre-suit paralegals, providing training, feedback, and support

Review and approve demand letters, medical summaries, and settlement documentation

Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, insurance carriers, and providers

Ensure files move efficiently through the pre-suit process with attention to detail and timeliness

Qualification

Juris Doctor (J.D.)Florida Bar membershipPlaintiff personal injury experienceNegotiation skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational abilities

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active member of The Florida Bar, in good standing

5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

Must be able to work fully in-office in our Boca Raton location
