Lead and support a small team of software engineers in daily development tasks
Act as a technical point of contact for customers on assigned projects
Assist with task breakdown, effort estimation, and sprint planning

Qualification
Required
8+ years building enterprise-grade web / Saas applications
5+ years in PHP-based development
Experience with MySQL, including database design and query optimization
Web technologies such as Vue.JS / React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with popular web application frameworks such as Laravel (PHP) and Django (Python)
Preferred
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Docker, Django / Python
RESTful APIs and backend integrations
Git, Agile/Scrum workflows, and issue tracking tools
Basic web security best practices (SQL injection, XSS, authentication)
Mentoring peers or leading small development teams
Work in customer-facing or consulting environments
