Responsibilities

Support accounting and financial reporting for pre-IPO equity and credit funds
Oversee fund administrator, including financial statements, capital accounts, capital calls, and distributions
Monitor compliance with fund credit facilities and review distribution waterfalls
Review IRRs, management fee calculations, and prepare ad hoc analyses
Assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance
Prepare cash flow and liquidity projections
Collaborate with Investor Relations and Marketing on LP reporting, RFPs, and inquiries
Handle ad hoc requests from senior management and portfolio managers

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, fund accounting, and financial reporting

Experience with credit products (e.g., loan settlements, trade reconciliations) a plus
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
