Responsibilities
Manage the daily progress of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they are carried out effectively and within designated timelines
Foster strong relationships with our installation teams and clients, promoting trust and transparent communication
Collaborate with on-site installation crews to address basic customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage change order requests as necessary
Address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service throughout and after the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any emerging issues
Collect payments from clients for contracted services, update relevant documentation, and facilitate additional payment processes in line with company guidelines
Undertake any other required tasks or responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the team's and company's overall success
Qualification
Required

Flexibility and calmness in managing intricate situations and evolving project conditions
Preferred
Prior experience in the flooring or home improvement sector is preferred but not mandatory
