Responsibilities

Coach and mentor thermal spray and post coat manufacturing engineers

Responsible for OEE and continuous improvement for COE

Develop and execute strategy to meet customer demand

Maintain project deck to grow coating output through OEE improvement and capex deployment

Partner with industrialization and lean teams to execute volume ramp actions

Lead complex problem solving to address safety, quality, or delivery challenges

Required

Bachelor's degree OR Non-Degree with 5+ years of experience in Thermal Spray operations including process development

Demonstrated experience with process improvement and applying lean to manufacturing

Demonstrated experience in coaching engineering/technical resources to improve processes

Demonstrated experience with thermal spray processes

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future

This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC Garlington road location
