Responsibilities
Drive the vision, roadmap, and development of our next generation liquidity and treasury payment solutions, from early product ideation to launch
Draw from a range of Ripple's tools - payments, custody, and digital assets - to test and scale new blockchain-powered solutions to traditional financial problems
Build and communicate product stories and requirements to guide and align the multi-functional teams building these products
Collaborate closely with a range of cross-functional teams outside of product, engineering and design to launch and maintain products critical to customer growth, engagement, and retention
Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the digital asset industry, with 5-7 years in a core product management role
Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products
A passion for payments and the blockchain and crypto ecosystem, and knowledge of financial markets
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical competence and understanding
A desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed ecosystem of teams
