Curiosity in Design Fellowship
Corgan is offering the Curiosity in Design Fellowship, a one-year program for recent graduates and emerging professionals interested in design research and innovation. Fellows will work alongside Corgan’s research and innovation team to explore future trends and contribute to studio projects while pursuing an independent research topic.

Responsibilities
Contribute to studio projects and moonshot investigations
Pursue an independent research topic of their choosing
Collaborate with a team of designers, researchers, technologists, and industry partners
Gain hands-on experience with design research methodologies and their integration into active project work
Participate in a two-stage interview process with the Hugo team
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or emerging professionals interested in design research and innovation
Completion of undergraduate or graduate studies
Young professionals in the first one to three years of their careers in architecture, interior design, or urban design
Ability to work from the Dallas office where the core Hugo team is based
Submission of a design portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills
Portfolio should show exploration process and insights translated into design intent
Submission of a project proposal outlining a topic of curiosity and approach through design research
Willingness to work in one of Corgan's office locations for the duration of the fellowship
Full-time availability for the fellowship
