Maid Brigade is seeking an experienced bilingual Hiring & Operations Manager to join their team. The role involves managing the hiring process, leading training for new hires, ensuring quality control, and handling scheduling logistics for cleaning teams.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, and onboarding)
Lead hands-on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards
Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software
Qualification
Required
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base)
Industry Experience: Prior experience in house cleaning, hospitality management, or a related service industry
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, provide constructive feedback, and maintain morale
Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit job sites
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office apps
