Required

2-5 years of production design experience in an agency environment

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Proficiency in Figma and Canva

Experience with or willingness to learn AI design tools

Portfolio demonstrating execution across brand, digital, and marketing projects

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Design Excellence - strong portfolio demonstrating polished execution across multiple mediums

Technical Proficiency - fluent in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and comfortable working in Canva, Figma, and emerging AI design tools

Speed and Efficiency - thrive in fast-paced environments and can execute high-quality work under tight deadlines

Communication and Collaboration - excellent communicator who can translate feedback into action and work well with cross-functional teams

Detail-Oriented Mindset - keen eye for inconsistencies and pride in delivering pixel-perfect work
