Senior M&A Integrations Analyst

Responsibilities

Gain deep insight into each advisor practice undergoing an M&A transaction to tailor a smooth and effective integration experience
Maintain expert knowledge of the Hightower platform to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and assist in developing customized training programs
Partner with subject matter experts across Hightower to identify operational nuances and address areas requiring special attention
Collaborate with Integration Leads to enhance project plans by incorporating the unique characteristics of each new practice
Manage and monitor progress using project management tools, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking of integration milestones
Measure success through KPIs, including advisor platform readiness, adoption and usage rates, and pre- vs. post-close processing performance

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in an operational, client-facing role within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with financial services technology, including CRM systems, client reporting tools, custodial platforms, and other industry-standard applications
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed
