Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential development sites or opportunities for corporate use
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling to assess project viability
Manage entitlement processes, including securing zoning approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts with our project controls team
Oversee due diligence teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Negotiate contracts, leases, or acquisitions with our Real Estate team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or equivalent experience
5-10+ years in real estate development, project management, or corporate real estate, with proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
Experience in commercial/corporate real estate
Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
Excellent project management abilities
Knowledge of zoning laws, entitlements, permitting processes, and real estate regulations
Superior negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
