Responsibilities

Work with like-minded professionals, passionate about helping every student realize their career and life aspirations
Complete a mandatory training program prior to working first session
Pass a mandatory background check
Able to interact successfully with a diverse population
Are team players
Are positive, flexible, and have the ability to work extended days and hours
Complete practicum hours and a completed performance evaluation for CEU Certificates
Possess subject matter expertise (certification, at least two years of collegiate work, degrees, etc.) within relevant program topics
Able to successfully co-lead program and work with other on-site leadership positively and productively (leads only)

Required

Are experienced with and enjoy working with groups of youth
Possess subject matter expertise (certification, at least two years of collegiate work, degrees, etc.) within relevant program topics
Able to successfully co-lead program and work with other on-site leadership positively and productively (leads only)

Accredited pre-program training on curriculum, instructional methodologies, operational excellence, and student safety
Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Certificates are provided for eligible staff that meet the requirements such as completion of training requirements, completed practicum hours and a completed performance evaluation. More information to be provided
