Responsibilities
Approve all tours assigned by Intake
Maintain clean well-kept facility with all issues address within 24 hours
Schedule Management: Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary
Staffing: Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment
Financial: Confirm accurate coding
Staff Development and Training
Communication with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers
Qualification
Required
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background
Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others
Bachelor's degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
Understanding P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections
Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results
Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills
Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs
Must be present at the center during business hours
