This role is responsible for maintaining and growing an assigned territory through the expansion of existing client relationships and the acquisition of new business within law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance organizations.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of litigation support services provided by U.S. Legal Support within an assigned territory

Manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance accounts

Demonstrate effective selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge across all service offerings

Maintain a thorough understanding of pricing structures and proposal models

Maximize revenue growth through strategic account management and client engagement

Train clients on the use of U.S. Legal Support tools and solutions

Assist with the execution of company marketing initiatives as needed

Source and develop client referrals, including new firm relationships

Attend all required team meetings, including weekly sales calls and training sessions

Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to support client needs
