Responsibilities

Perform eligibility review and cost calculations of service credit purchase (SCP) requests

Review, research, evaluate, correct, process, and maintain SCP elections

Investigate and resolve difficult and sensitive cases and issues

Respond to inquiries (i.e.: telephone, Workflow inquiries, etc.) of a difficult and sensitive nature and escalates to designated team members when appropriate
